INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Elizabeth House. We hope you enjoy your time with us. This document is designed to provide you with information about the building and its facilities.

BUILDING OPENING HOURS

The building is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Access outside these hours is available to tenants with access control cards.

RECEPTION

Reception is staffed from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The reception team can assist with:

  • Visitor management
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Mail and deliveries
  • General enquiries

ACCESS CONTROL

Access to the building outside normal hours is controlled by an electronic access system. Access cards are issued to all tenants. Please contact reception if you require additional cards or if your card is lost or damaged.

MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms can be booked through reception. The following rooms are available:

  • Boardroom (seats 12)
  • Meeting Room 1 (seats 8)
  • Meeting Room 2 (seats 6)
  • Meeting Room 3 (seats 4)

KITCHEN FACILITIES

Kitchen facilities are available on each floor. These include:

  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Dishwasher
  • Tea and coffee making facilities

Please ensure that you clean up after yourself and that all dishes are either washed up or placed in the dishwasher.

TOILETS

Toilets are located on each floor. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

PARKING

Parking is available in the basement car park. Please contact reception for details of how to access this facility.

MAIL

Incoming mail is sorted and delivered to tenant mailboxes each morning. Outgoing mail can be left at reception.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are accepted at reception during normal opening hours. Large deliveries should be arranged in advance.

CLEANING

The building is cleaned daily. If you have any specific requirements or issues, please contact reception.

WASTE AND RECYCLING

Waste and recycling bins are provided throughout the building. Please ensure that you use the correct bins for different types of waste.

HEATING AND COOLING

The building has a central heating and cooling system. Controls are located in each office. If you have any issues with temperature, please contact reception.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. A designated smoking area is located outside the rear entrance.

FIRE SAFETY

Please familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation procedures posted throughout the building. Fire exits are clearly marked. Fire drills are held quarterly.

FIRST AID

First aid kits are located at reception and in each kitchen. Trained first aiders are identified on notices throughout the building.

SECURITY

The building has 24-hour CCTV coverage. Please ensure that you do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the building. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to reception immediately.
